Benjamin est le CEO et cofondateur de Shares. Entrepreneur français et business angel, il a notamment fondé la plateforme de livraison à la demande Stuart avant de co-fonder Shares en 2021. Engagé pour l’éducation financière, Benjamin intervient régulièrement sur BFM Bourse et figure au classement Choiseul « Finance de Demain ».

Harjas est Chief Product Officer et cofondateur de Shares. Avant de lancer Shares en 2021, Harjas a dirigé des équipes d’ingénierie chargées de développer certains des produits financiers les plus innovants au monde, chez Revolut et Deutsche Bank. Il a été nommé dans le prestigieux classement Forbes 30 Under 30 en 2023 et est titulaire d’un diplôme en informatique de Virginia Tech.

François Ruty est le cofondateur et Chief Technology Officer de Shares. Ingénieur aérospatial de formation et ingénieur logiciel de métier, François conçoit et développe des systèmes complexes. Il possède une vaste expérience dans des secteurs variés tels que l'aéronautique, les effets visuels, le renseignement militaire et la finance.

A French engineer and business leader, Alain Bénichou joined IBM in 1984 and held various leadership positions, including President of IBM France in 2010 and CEO of IBM Greater China in 2019. In 2015, he was elected President of the American Chamber of Commerce in France, launching the "Next Gen" initiative to support startups. A Knight of the Legion of Honor and a member of the Le Siècle association, he joined Montefiore Investment after nearly 40 years at IBM.

Benjamin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Shares. A French entrepreneur and business angel, he was notably the founder of on-demand delivery platform Stuart before co-founding Shares in 2021.Benjamin is an active advocate for financial education and is a regular contributor on BFM Bourse, and is part of the Choiseul “Finance of Tomorrow” ranking.

Prior to launching Shares in 2021, Harjas led engineering teams responsible for building some of the world’s leading financial products at both Revolut and Deutsche Bank.
